"Over the last 15-20 years, we have taken our two dogs -- Sam and now Carlos to HPAC.We've always appreciated the care and concern that the staff, the Vet Techs, and the Veterinarians have shown us and our dogs.It's been wonderful to be in the office to watch and observe how positively the HPAC teams attend to others on the phone, as walk-ins, or who have arrived with their pets.As you might imagine, sometimes we arrive with some anxiety about the health of our pets -- and that can create some stress in our lives and cause us to be less considerate at times.However, the HPAC always receives its clients with warmth, kindness, and understanding -- and that's so very heartening to see.Good people are taking care of the US and our pets.That's why we will always return.Gerald Doyle and family -- and, of course, Carlos"
